“The Educational Guidance Unit at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Baghdad held an awareness workshop titled “The Danger of Drugs: Their Social and Psychological Effects,” under the sponsorship of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Al-Badawi, and under the management of Dr. Fras Korkis, and in the presence of Mr. Saad Hassan from the Psychological Guidance and Educational Guidance Department at the University of Baghdad.”
“The workshop included the participation of a number of professors and students with research papers. The first paper was presented by the student “Fatima Hisham” from the fourth stage of evening studies, which was titled “The Impact of the Spread of Drugs on the Stability of States: Iraq as a Model.” The second paper was presented by the student “Ameer Abdul Azim”.”
“The third stage of evening studies presented a paper titled “The Impact of Drugs on Human Behavior and the Methods Used to Target Victims”.”
The third participation was by Dr. Saba Farouk with a paper titled “Drug and Psychotropic Substances Law No. 50 for the year 2.17″.”
” The fourth participation was by Assistant Professor Lilo Dham with a paper titled “The Risks of Drugs and Their Social Impact and Sports Stimulants,” which was presented by Assistant Professor Basma Al-Oqati.”
“Assistant Professor Faras Korkis opened the floor for dialogue and participation from the attendees at the end of the workshop. Assistant Professor Maisaa Latif concluded the workshop by stating that drugs are the beginning of mental disintegration and the destruction of nations.”
