The College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad held an expanded meeting of the protocol committees for the Fifth International Conference as part of early organizational preparations to ensure the success of the conference. The meeting discussed the official reception procedures for local and international guests, the organization of protocols for official ceremonies, and the scheduling of participating delegations from arrival to departure.
The meeting also included a review of coordination plans to ensure the smooth implementation of the conference program according to the standards adopted for international conferences. Emphasis was placed on the importance of unifying institutional efforts and working as a team to project a strong academic and organizational image for the college.
At the conclusion of the meeting, attendees stressed the need to adhere to precise organizational details to contribute to the success of the conference and present it in a manner befitting the institution’s academic standing.
