Dr. Rana Abdul- Hussain Al- Dahi head of the Woman Affairs Unit at the college of political Science – University of Baghdad participated in the annual meeting of woman affairs sector Dr. Zainab Hadi , at the presidency of the University which was chaired by the head of the sector above with the attendance of the principles and liaison members in various sectors of the University , and the participation of professor Salwa Jaber Al- Awadi the dean of genetic engineering institution on behalf of the President of the University .
During the meeting, a number of issues were discussed; the most notable ones were, developing the work environment, enforcing the ties of collaboration among units, besides showing the activities that were executed in the last period, ensuring on the use of an accurate mechanism to document them, and holding regular meetings to observe the performance to ensure results were achieved.The following main targets were confirmed during this meeting:
• Enhancing equality between both genders inside the University campus.
• Enabling the woman academically and professionally via qualitative activities
• Confirming the principle of partnership and collaboration among sectors of the University
• Participating in achieving continuous development through creating a more just work environment
