Within the framework of the Continuing Education Unit’s programs, the College of Political Science, the University of Baghdad, launched a training course entitled: “The Impact of Security Measures in Reducing the Spread of Drug Use.” The course brought together a select group of faculty members and representatives from the Ministry of Interior and was held in the First Graduate Studies Hall.

The course featured specialized lectures that covered the security, social, psychological, legal, and media aspects related to drug use. The lecturers were:

This event is part of the college’s ongoing efforts to enhance community awareness of security issues and to reinforce its academic and national role in addressing challenges that affect the stability and safety of society.
