On the morning of Tuesday, April 29, 2025, the final exams commenced at the College of Political Science – University of Baghdad, for both morning and evening studies. This took place in accordance with the official academic calendar for the 2024–2025 academic year, amid a highly organized and disciplined atmosphere, with students and staff strictly adhering to the examination instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The Dean of the College conducted an inspection tour covering all examination halls to directly observe the progress of the examination process, monitor the implementation of the approved instructions and procedures, and communicate with students and exam committees—reflecting the college administration’s commitment to ensuring a stable exam environment.
The college administration clarified that the exams are being conducted according to the approved and previously announced schedules.
The teaching staff assumed supervisory and monitoring roles within the exam halls, through specialized committees that ensure students’ compliance with regulations and contribute to creating a calm environment that allows them to take their exams comfortably.
As part of the organizational preparations, exam halls were arranged to accommodate the number of students, ensuring seating distribution that observes distancing requirements and adopted examination standards, in addition to providing a quiet atmosphere inside the halls.
As part of the organizational measures, modern electronic inspection mechanisms were adopted at the entrances of the halls, enabling the detection of unauthorized devices and tools without physical contact with students or affecting their concentration. This enhances respect for their privacy and provides a psychologically comfortable environment. This measure was further supported by an advanced electronic monitoring system overseen by specialized committees to ensure the highest levels of transparency and discipline.
The college administration urged its dear students to fully adhere to the instructions and maintain discipline within the halls, expressing confidence in their academic abilities and affirming its continued efforts to provide all means necessary to ensure the success of this critical stage in their university journey, wishing them continued success in their exams
