The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Political Science, at University of Baghdad participated in the cooking festival hosted by the College of Arts, represented by the unit’s head, Dr. Rana Abdul Hussein Ali, and members’ of the Unit: Dr. Ayat Nasser Jaber, and Dr. Zaman Jassim Muhammad. The college’s participation in the festival confirmed the important role played by women in the college and their effective contribution to various activities and events. The festival aimed to develop women’s skills in the art of cooking and encourage them to use healthy food and maintain a healthy body. The festival included distributing awareness posters among attendees about healthy food, in addition to encouraging and supporting small projects for cooking from home.
