The Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad held a meeting with first-stage students for the academic year 2024-2025, as part of its cultural week held under the title “University Life is a Rich Experience of Science, Knowledge, and Moral Commitment”.
The Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Al-Badawi, welcomed the first-stage students during his speech, congratulating them on their acceptance and commencement of their first academic year and their transition from secondary school to university studies, introducing them to the long history of the University of Baghdad and our mother college, explaining to the students their responsibility in charting their academic path and developing themselves, and explaining to them the outcomes that the college provides to its students and their future role in government institutions.
For his part, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Mayali, pointed out the necessity of adhering to university controls and instructions and staying away from any topics outside the academic and educational atmosphere.
