The exams were held under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Abdul Hamza Al-Badawi, who emphasized the importance of providing an appropriate exam environment that ensures students’ comfort and supports academic performance reflective of their level of achievement.

Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Mayali, also conducted an inspection tour of the examination halls. During his visit, he reviewed the format of the exam questions and their alignment with the academic curricula. He stressed the importance of creating a conducive environment for students. As per routine, students were screened at the entrances to the examination halls without direct contact, in order to respect their privacy and preserve their dignity.

Dr. Al-Mayali commended the faculty members for their considerable efforts in supervising the exams. They carried out their monitoring duties with high precision and diligence, maintaining discipline within the halls and helping to foster a calm testing environment that allowed students to perform at their best.
