The College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad held its annual scientific conference entitled “Iraq and the paths of building the state… Obstacles to construction and elements of advancement”, with a distinguished presence and active participation by professors and students of the mother college.
The second session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Amal Hindi Al-Khazali, and it was titled “The Axis of State Building”. This session included a number of researches, including the study of “The Possibility of Populist Contribution to the Democratization of the Iraqi Political System after 2019”, as well as the discussion of “Societal awareness and its impact on Building the Arab State is an Intellectual Vision.” The “Challenges of Poverty, Displacement, and Migration in Iraq” were also discussed. At the conclusion of the second session, “National and National Orientations and their Repercussions on the Paths of Building the Iraqi State” were discussed.
At the end of the session, the door for interventions and comments was opened by the attendees.
