The College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad hosts the defense of a doctoral thesis titled “U.S. Strategy Toward the Russo-Ukrainian War Post-2014 and Its Impact on the International System,” submitted by doctoral candidate Salman Bakr Salman Ali at Al-Hurriya Hall.
The thesis analyzes the dimensions of American strategy toward the Russo-Ukrainian war and the influential shifts it produces in the nature of international relations, particularly in the fields of international alliances, trade exchange, and diplomatic relations. It also examines the impact of these factors on the structure of the international system and its interactions with global crises in various regions of the world.
