Dr. Zaid Abduljabbar from the Department of International Studies at the College of Political Science, University of Baghdad, participated in the 13th Arab Tennis Veterans Championship, hosted by the Iraqi Hunting Club.
The championship was attended by the President of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee, Dr. Aqeel Muften, along with prominent sports and academic figures. Approximately 100 male and female players from 18 Arab countries competed in the tournament, representing Arab tennis veterans.
The college’s participation aimed to promote sportsmanship among students and faculty, encouraging them to engage in extracurricular activities that enhance their physical and mental skills.
