About e-learning
It is one of the newly developed units that are concerned with supporting the activities of E-learning, training and teaching by using contemporary technologies. The unit is concerned with promoting and encouraging excellence in the fields of teaching, education and other academic activities. It supports the educational role of the college by adding the technological dimension to formal education within the framework of an ambitious university policy and working to develop and support the skills of the members of the faculty itself. Then, to produce modern electronic courses on the international network, and raising students’ efficiency in using of these technologies, and encouraging consequently them by self-learning.
Technically, the unit follows the Ibn Sina Center at the university, and administratively follows the Deanship of the College, as it is directly joined to the Office of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Students, and Graduate Studies.
The method of E-learning in formation with the platform link.
The electronic classes are created by the teachers on the (Google Classroom) platform through their official emails, and then the students are entered with their official emails which approved by the college through the code for the electronic class or by sending an invitation to join via the official email exclusively.
The professor gives the material through video lectures that used by the (Google Meet) program, and it is also possible to give the scientific material by uploading lectures (Pdf, Power Point applications of word office) in the classroom, all of that done daily and monthly, and the exams are hold either directly by video or by creating a study task for students ..

It’s a free service for schools, NGOs, and anyone with a personal Google Account. It is a means that facilitates communication for students and teachers within and outside the educational institution. Google Classroom helps us to reduce waste of time and paper in all, and makes it easy to set up classes, distribute assignments, communicate, and work in order or at the required system itself. So that, there are many advantages of using Google Classroom.
1- Ease of setup: Teachers can add students directly or share a code with group students, and they can join at any way. Setup takes only minutes.
2- Save time: The process of defining academic assignments for students proceeds in a smooth and simple flow without the need for using papers, which allows the professor to prepare these assignments, review them, and write down grades or degrees that based on them to be very quickly and from one place.
3- Improving organization: Students can view all academic assignments through the assignments page, and all study material requirements (documents, photos, and videos) are automatically attached in folders that saved on Google Drive itself.
4- Enhancing Communication: The Google Classroom service allows teachers to send notifications and get access in study discussions immediately. Students can also share resources with each other and add answers to questions as they study
