A delegation from the bayt al hikma visited the College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad to hold a scientific conference in collaboration with our college titled “Policies and International Strategies in the Middle East After Recent Events in Gaza: Changes, Means, and Influence.”
The Dean of the college, Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Al-Badawi, along with his administrative assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Hisham Az-Aldeen majeed, and the academic assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Miyali, welcomed the advisory team members from the Department of Political and Strategic Studies at the House of Wisdom: Professor Dr. Khamis Al-Badri, Professor Dr. Khaled Abdul Ilah, and the department’s rapporteur, researcher Ali Saadi.
The two parties discussed the establishment of a reputable scientific conference, in addition to forming scientific and preparatory committees, and determining the date for committee meetings to agree on the conference topics and participation conditions.
It is worth noting that the bayt al hikma is an intellectual and scientific institution with financial and administrative independence linked to the Prime Minister’s office, focusing on research, studies, and monitoring and following up on scientific, political, and economic developments and their future impacts on Iraq and the Arab nation.
