A delegation of students and professors from the College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad visited the Al-Ain Social Care Institution, under the supervision of Dr. Rasha Amer Sadiq Al-Rifkani, Dr. Adhraa Mohammed Abdul Redha, and Lecturer Areej Saad Adnan.
During the visit, the delegation met with the institution’s administration, where they were briefed on the institution’s facilities and its projects to support orphans, such as the clothing exhibition from the in-kind assistance provided to families. They also visited the Rehabilitation and Psychological Counseling Center, which the institution provides to support the orphans psychologically and help them integrate into society. Additionally, they were informed about the residential complex project, which the institution is implementing to house the families it supports who do not have a decent home.
At the end of the visit, the institution’s administration expressed gratitude and appreciation to the College of Political Science and the student representative, Zain Al-Abideen Al-Shammari, for this visit, which reflects the essence of true humanity, the culture of empathy for others, and the continuous efforts to support this important segment of society.
