The College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad, in collaboration with the Al-A’sr Center for Studies and Public Opinion Polls, held a dialogue symposium entitled “The Impact of the Iranian Military Response on the Blessed Al-Aqsa Uprising.” The event was sponsored by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Al-Badaiwi, and featured the participation of a select group of professors and students.
The symposium included three research papers. The first research paper, titled “The Iranian Military Response: A Reading in Numbers, Statistics, and Data,” was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Al-Jubouri, head of the Political Systems Department. The second paper was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Faiq Hassan under the title “The Sincere Promise: Reading the Iranian Military Response.” The third paper, titled “Fundamental Changes in the Strategic Aspect of the Iranian-Israeli Conflict,” was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Shaheel, head of the International Relations Department.
At the conclusion of the symposium, a dialogue session was opened for the attendees to address their inquiries regarding the implications of the Iranian military response on the Al-Aqsa Uprising.
