The College of Political Science conducted a training course on “Arabic Language Accuracy in Official Correspondence,” organized by the Continuing Education Unit at the University of Baghdad, held from November 19th to 23rd, 2023.
Dr. Shimaa Mohamed Obeid, the lecturer, emphasized during her session that today’s lecture was titled “Arabic Language Accuracy and Preserving it through Spelling.” She elaborated on the essential elements of spelling, focusing on key aspects such as rules for writing the hamza, dad, zha, connected ta, open ta, punctuation marks, and diacritics.
At the conclusion of the lecture, a dialogue session was opened for the attendees to address their inquiries and concerns.
