The letter dealt with the issue of political stability as a state of steadfastness and balance in which the legitimacy of the ruling authority prevails, voluntary submission to legal rules, the ability of the political system to effectively perform its obligations towards citizens, and the absence of all forms of violence, as it is the real gateway to achieving success and comprehensive development, indicating that Iraq has suffered since 2003. , From the escalation of indicators and manifestations of political instability, including weak political performance, corruption, problems of migration and displacement, as well as the quota factors and the absence of national identity due to a number of external and internal factors. Indeed, regional and international factors tended to employ internal factors with the intention of influencing the internal conditions in Iraq, as The United Nations embarked on the process of assisting Iraq in promoting democratic transition and with Security Council Resolution No. (1500), where a vote was taken to establish the United Nations Assistance Mission to Iraq (UNAMI) as a special mission with a mandate from the Security Council to carry out various tasks in political, security and development issues. And social services to provide support, assistance and advice to the Iraqi government and civil society members about human rights mechanisms, and it opened channels of communication and communication with various Iraqi parties for the purpose of discussing the conflicts taking place and playing the role of mediator in resolving crises and differences between blocs and parties to address them and providing solutions and proposals for existing political crises, and the mission presented many Reports to the United Nations with the aim of putting the international organization in all developments in Iraq.
