Professors and students of the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Baghdad conducted a field visit to the Iraqi Hib’a Council Academy in order to see the nature of work in public departments, where the delegation’s assistant, Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Ahmed Al-Mayali, and the reporter of political systems, Dr. Abeer Muhammad Abd, were accompanied by a group of College students for all stages.
The Director General of the Parliamentary Legislation Department, Mr. Muhammad Qassem Al-Mayahi, received the visiting delegation, accompanied by a number of advisors and general managers in the Council. During the hosting, a symposium was held in Al-Shabibi Hall in the building, explaining the mechanism of work of the new Council. The Director-General of the Department of Public Relations and Parliamentary Decrees, Dr. Salam, lectured. Ali Muhammad, the Director General of the Parliamentary Affairs Department, Mr. Haider Muthanna, the Director of the Office of the First Deputy in the House of Representatives, Counselor Nazim Al-Saadi, and the Director General of the Parliamentary Information Department, Mr. Muhammad Abu Bakr, where the managers and advisors gave a detailed explanation of the mechanism of work of their departments during this symposium.
