The College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad discussed the doctoral dissertation tagged \u201cQatar and the challenges of expatriate social identities, an analytical study\u201d by the student \u201cIsraa Abd Ali Kazem.\u201d<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe thesis dealt with the issue of the challenges of expatriate social identities in Qatar due to its connection on the one hand to the development process in general and the development of human resources in particular, and on the other hand to its close relationship to the issue of societal security, and the importance, seriousness and sensitivity of this topic cannot be ignored. At a time when the theoretical or applied studies were numerous and varied, we find that there is an intellectual and analytical discrepancy between them. At the time the study deals with the number of expatriates, their distribution, nationalities and growth rates.<\/span><\/strong>
\nIt is worthwhile to develop a future vision for the dimensions of this issue and its social and political significance. This is evidenced by the argument of some that the effects of social identities on the Arab region in general and Qatar in particular have led to a population imbalance that requires avoiding its risks to confront this fateful issue that needs in-depth studies in order to create a realistic perception. And choosing practical exits that coordinate the efforts of decision-makers with the work of the concerned authorities<\/span><\/strong>
\nOn the basis of the foregoing, the study was divided into four chapters. The first chapter, labeled as stated in this chapter, deals with the conceptual framework for the variables of the study. The study continued in the first section the conceptual framework. As for the second topic, we dealt with it in the political structure of Qatar. The study was devoted in the second chapter labeled (the challenges of expatriate social identities ) to show the internal and external challenges of the expatriate social, and the tagged third chapter dealt with the mechanisms of political power to face the challenges of identity. The study also dedicated in the fourth chapter the future vision of the challenges of expatriate social identities.<\/span><\/strong>
\nAt the end of the discussion, the researcher was awarded a doctorate degree with a grade of \u201cvery good, high.\u201d We wish all our students success in their academic and practical lives.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
