As part of its commitment to promoting student engagement in diverse university activities, a number of students from the College of Political Science participated in a lecture organized by the Equestrian Unit of the Student Activities Department at the University of Baghdad. This event was held as part of the extracurricular program for the current academic year.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe lecture provided an overview of the fundamental principles of equestrian sport, along with its historical and cultural dimensions. It also highlighted its role in fostering discipline, enhancing self-confidence, and instilling values of responsibility and commitment. Students of the College demonstrated notable engagement with the lecture themes through their contributions and inquiries, reflecting their awareness of the importance of activities that support the development of leadership qualities.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThis participation aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4: \u201cQuality Education,\u201d by supporting inclusive learning beyond the traditional classroom setting; Goal 3: \u201cGood Health and Well-being,\u201d through encouraging physical activities that promote both mental and physical health; and Goal 16: \u201cPeace, Justice, and Strong Institutions,\u201d by reinforcing values of discipline, responsibility, and civic responsibility among students.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe College of Political Science affirms its continued support for student participation in various university events that contribute to the development of their skills and the broadening of their perspectives, thereby enhancing the integration of both academic and practical competencies within their university experience<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
