The College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad hosts the defense of a doctoral thesis titled “U.S. Strategy Toward the Russo-Ukrainian War Post-2014 and Its Impact on the International System,” submitted by doctoral candidate Salman Bakr Salman Ali at Al-Hurriya Hall.
\nThe thesis analyzes the dimensions of American strategy toward the Russo-Ukrainian war and the influential shifts it produces in the nature of international relations, particularly in the fields of international alliances, trade exchange, and diplomatic relations. It also examines the impact of these factors on the structure of the international system and its interactions with global crises in various regions of the world.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe examination committee comprises a panel of distinguished scholars:<\/span><\/strong>
\nProf. Dr. Israa Sharif Jijan (Chair),<\/span><\/strong>
\nAsst. Prof. Dr. Nahrin Jawad Sharqi (Member),<\/span><\/strong>
\nAsst. Prof. Dr. Hazem Jari Munaikher (Member),<\/span><\/strong>
\nAsst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Kadhim Abbas (Member),<\/span><\/strong>
\nAsst. Prof. Dr. Haider Abd Kadhim (Member),<\/span><\/strong>
\nand Asst. Prof. Dr. Dunya Jawad Mutlaq (Member and Supervisor).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Upon concluding the discussion, the committee approves the thesis and awards the student a grade of “Very Good,” commending the academic effort exerted and the significance of the topic in light of rapidly evolving international variables.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
