As part of its awareness and training program aimed at promoting digital literacy and supporting efforts to combat negative phenomena, the Ibn Sina E-Learning Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad, organized a workshop entitled “Digital Transformation and Drug Control.” The workshop was attended by a number of interested faculty members and students.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Iyad Malik, head of the Ibn Sina Unit, emphasized during the opening of the workshop that its goal was to highlight the growing role of digital technology and artificial intelligence in monitoring drug trafficking patterns and raising awareness of the dangers of addiction. He also highlighted the presentation of successful digital models for prevention and rehabilitation.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Assistant Lecturer M.M. Aya Sadiq Jumaa contributed to the preparation and organization of the workshop. In her speech, she emphasized the importance of integrating technical and educational efforts to combat the scourge of drugs, emphasizing that digital transformation has become an effective tool for monitoring, analysis, and decision-making in this vital field.<\/strong><\/span>
\nThis workshop comes within the framework of the college’s commitment to enhancing community awareness and utilizing technical capabilities in the service of human and social security.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
