The thesis was presented by researcher Mustafa Mohammed Hussein, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Munaim Khamis Mukhlef.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><strong>The examination committee consisted of:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><strong>Professor Dr. Faiq Hassan Jassim \u2013 Chair<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><strong>Professor Dr. Mohammed Mundher Jalal \u2013 Member<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><strong>Assistant Professor Dr. Donia Jwad Motluk \u2013 Member<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><strong>Professor Dr. Muneam Khamis Mukhlif \u2013 Supervisor<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><strong>The thesis comprised three chapters and focused on the use of artificial intelligence technologies in confronting security threats, with the European Union serving as a practical model. It highlighted the role of AI in supporting security policies through tools such as data analysis, risk prediction, and pattern recognition, making it a central element in European security strategies.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><strong>The study also addressed the challenges associated with the use of these technologies, particularly the risks of misuse by illegitimate actors, as well as the legal and ethical dilemmas they pose for policymakers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><strong>The research concluded that artificial intelligence is an effective strategic tool for enhancing European security.
