The Department of Political Thought, College of Political Science, University of Baghdad, established a voluntary activity for first-year students in the morning study program. The exercise started with posting a poster entitled \u201cChallenges facing the Economic Sustainable Development in Iraq\u201d that was supervised by Asst. Prof. Fawzia khuda Akram.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The poster elucidated an explanation of sustainable development, which may be defined as the ability of continuous self-development for a specific society while elevating a set of standards that guarantee the advancement of both the living conditions of individuals and the economic infrastructures, in addition to efficient management of natural resources, and the continuous planning development to elevate life circumstances of the next generations.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This initiative was organized under the voluntary extracurricular activities of the Political Thought Department for the first-year undergraduate students for the academic year 2024-2025.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
