The Faculty of Political Science completes the activities of its scientific conference by distributing certificates of appreciation to researchers."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 20px;\">The College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad completed the activities of its annual scientific conference entitled &#8220;Iraq and the paths of building the state&#8230; Obstacles to construction and elements of advancement&#8221;, which was held at the Freedom Hall in the college.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 20px;\">The third and final session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Khamis Daham Hamid, and was entitled &#8220;The Constitution and Federal Authorities Axis&#8221;. This session includes many researches such as &#8220;The problem of federalism in 2005 constitution&#8221; ,and &#8220;constitution crisis and political reform in Iraq&#8221; , and &#8221; the problem of decentralization, and federalism ,and the Council of the Union in Iraq: solutions and results&#8221; , was also discussed. The last research in the last session of the conference was entitled \u201cApplication of Control over the Constitutionality of Laws under the Iraqi Constitution of 2005.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 20px;\">At the end of the conference, the Dean of the College, Asst.
