The College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad discussed the master\u2019s thesis entitled \u201cThe ruling political elite and diversity management: Bahrain as a model\u201d, by the student \u201cNaba Saadi Muhammad\u201d and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. \u201cAli Driuel Al-Jubouri.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis addressed the political elite in Bahraini society, as the political regime is not fixed but rather dynamic in several different frameworks and environments: internally, externally, regionally, and internationally, and the extent of the regime\u2019s influence on them. Each political regime has its own advantages and characteristics that distinguish it from other regimes, as it is considered a reflection of social reality through its expression of many values \u200b\u200bthat emerged from this reality due to historical, political, and social development. In addition to that, one of the duties of the political regime is to give the right to citizens to participate politically, whether they are men or women, while protecting their rights and freedoms established by the Constitution to organize the political institution.<\/span><\/strong>
\nIn light of this, the thesis reached several conclusions, including that it became clear that the composition of Bahraini society in terms of demographics and sectarian divisions, as well as the division of the people into classes and segments, produced a state of discrimination and sectarian tension, and affected various aspects of life in general and affected religious freedoms in particular, in addition to external interventions and class differentiation which have an impact on the state of stability from a political and societal standpoint.<\/span><\/strong>
\nAt the end of the viva, the researcher was awarded a master\u2019s degree with a grade of \u201chigh good.\u201d Wishing all our dear students good luck and success.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
