The College of Political Science at the University of Baghdad discussed the master’s thesis entitled \u201cThe Impact of Revisionist Forces on the International System (Russia and China) as a model for the student \u201cGhufran Abdel-Zahra Abbas\u201d. The unipolar international system led by the United States of America, as well as the unilateral and authoritarian measures of the dominant power in the management of the international system, which prompted the major powers that are not satisfied with the status quo that possess the elements of power and influence to seek to exercise an active role in <\/span><\/strong>
\nThe International arena.<\/span><\/strong>
\nIn light of this, the revisionist forces saw that the unipolar system had marginalized its role internationally and that it did not achieve its own interests, as it possesses the capabilities and capabilities that allow it to play a global role, allowing it to compete with the United States of America, as it sought to limit American exclusivity from hegemony in the international arena, and from Those major revisionist powers are the Russian Federation and China.<\/span><\/strong>
\nAs each of them considers that the size of the influence it exercises in the international arena is not commensurate with the size of its capabilities of the available force. The rise of the Russian-Chinese since the beginning of the twenty-first century, in conjunction with the decline in the active role of the dominant power, posed a threat to the unipolarity, as superiority is no longer limited to military capabilities only. But the economic, technological and political capabilities,The Russian Federation is a great competitor in terms of military capabilities, while China is an economic competitor. This is because it ranks second in economic capabilities after the United States of America, in addition to their capabilities in other fields that qualify them to influence the international system.<\/span><\/strong>
