It is responsible for formulating its policy in line with the general policy of the university and guiding its academic and administrative progress in line with its scientific and developmental mission. The Council&#8217;s powers are distributed across several main areas, most notably: educational policies, scientific research, administrative and financial affairs, external relations and international cooperation, performance monitoring and quality assurance.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;
